We're so happy you're here! We want you to be satisfied with your Glam Grab experience - here are some things we want you to know about shopping with us.
Orders are usually processed and shipped within approximately 3-5 business days of purchase. Order time for custom or handmade pieces take longer - details can be found in the product description. Once your order ships from our offices, we will email you USPS shipping confirmation and tracking information.
You may return or exchange your unworn, non-custom merchandise for a credit within 10 days of purchase*. Please note, a $5 restocking fee will be applied to your credit. For issues regarding your order, all inquiries must be made within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.
All returns must be submitted with the original invoice and a completed Glam Grab Return Form. Please contact email@example.com to request a Glam Grab Return Form. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a completed form enclosed.
Upon receipt of the item(s), we will exchange the item or issue you a merchandise credit for the original amount less the cost of shipping. We strongly encourage shipping via an insured carrier so that you may track your package. Glam Grab does not assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen.
Items damaged through normal wear and tear are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
* Excluding Clearance items - all clearance purchases are non-refundable.
All sales final.
Due to their handmade nature, all custom items take approximately 8 weeks to ship, however this may vary depending on demand.
Custom items, including monogram items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
Once placed, your custom order goes into production immediately and cannot be changed or cancelled once placed. We ask that you ensure that the letters requested are accurate and in the order you wish them to appear before you place your order.
Custom items may not represent collegiate or other copyrighted entities.
